The Structure

The basic curriculum has 10 forms that are categorised under 7 belt colours

1) White,

2) Yellow,

3) Orange,

4) Green,

5) Blue,

6) Brown 1,

7) Brown 2

8) Brown 3

9) Black

10) Black 2

After the basic curriculum comes the 5 chambers of Northern Shaolin Chuen Fa. Students are selected based on their body structure, understanding of the art and attitude to learning where they can hone their skills in the chamber deemed most suitable for them by the Chief Instructor.

4) Yin & Yang energy,

5) Meditation
